Note: (6/25/12): A block of overflow hotel rooms has been secured at the Hilton Boston Downtown Financial District. Please note that this hotel is located about 1 mile from the Seaport World Trade Center where the event is taking place. A shuttle will NOT be provided. Please prepare to make your own arrangements to get to and from the conference each day either by walking or taking a taxi.

Please note that Boston is a very popular destination in the summer and hotels have limited availability and may not honor the conference rates listed below since the deadline has passed. If you cannot find a room at one of the hotels listed below we recommend you book a room in Boston that has easy access to the T (Massachusetts’ subway, bus and rail line). The Seaport World Trade Center is located on the silver line of the T at the World Trade Center stop. Hotels near the airport with access to the T may offer the most convenience at the lowest cost.
